In 2008, Cadence McShane Construction decided to finally step into the future and trade our antiquated phone system with numerous lines, extensions, fax numbers and modems for the more efficient and cost effective system of T1 lines with DIDs.

In late 2004, my company began looking for a phone system for about 40-45 people that had a ACD system for our inside sales operation along with an excellent voice mail system. After exploring a number of very good options, we selected our NEC IPK system from Mercury Communications and purchased it in March of 2005. (Mercury) did an outstanding job of insuring that every necessary detail of the project from design to installation went according to plan. Even though our office has downsized over the years and we no longer need or use the ACD, the system has worked perfectly for our needs.
